Our Mission at Open Book Therapy is to provide direct and indirect speech services for adults and children. Our services include "LSVT LOUD," language, dysfluency and accent reduction. Communicating with success and confidence is our goal for you. We also provide therapeutic tools and educational information.
Kathleen is a "LSVT LOUD" trained clinician. LSVT trained clinicians offer services to Parkinson's patients. Kathleen has attended the "LSVT" Training and Certification Workshop for treatment of individuals with speech disorders related to Parkinson's disease. Kathleen has been certified by "LSVT Global, LLC" to provide treatment for individuals with speech disorders related to Parkinson's disease and other neurological disorders using the "LSVT" modalities.
Our goal for people who stutter is together we will modify your moments of stuttering so that your fluency is more flowing and effective. Together, we will address your feelings and reduce any fears of stuttering and eliminate behaviors of avoidance.
